Stine Saatvedt is a Customer Success Account Manager at Microsoft Norway, where she works with global enterprises across the energy, maritime, and manufacturing sectors to accelerate AI adoption, cloud modernization, and large-scale digital transformation. Operating at the intersection of technology and business, she partners with executive leadership teams to translate complex technologies into clear strategic direction, measurable outcomes, and long-term business value. She has built her career empowering some of Norway’s largest organizations to drive transformation initiatives and brings strong experience in aligning technology investments with organizational priorities, with a consistent focus on responsible and impactful digital transformation.
She has been recognized among Kapital’s 40 Under 40, highlighting leading young business leaders in Norway, and was selected by H.R.H. Crown Prince Haakon to participate in the national leadership initiative SIKT. She also previously served as Deputy Employee Representative on the Microsoft Norway Board of Directors, contributing workforce and societal perspectives to board-level discussions.
Beyond her corporate role, Stine serves on the board of Amesto Aces and is the Norway Country Lead on the Advisory Board for Girls at Tech Nordics. She has also held the Chair role for Women@Microsoft, where she has contributed to initiatives focused on digital skills, inclusive leadership, and strengthening the future technology workforce in the Nordics.
Stine is passionate about creating opportunities for more people, particularly women and underrepresented groups, to build careers in technology. Through her work with Girls at Tech Nordics, she is committed to promoting role models, building confidence, and contributing to a more inclusive and diverse tech ecosystem.
Pooja is an adept investor, business owner and operator, and recent Ivy League admissions officer, with eighteen years of experience in the tech, digital media, financial services, and education industries across the United States, Norway, Sweden, France, and Switzerland.
Pooja made a professional move into higher education in 2022 as an international Admissions Officer for Dartmouth College. She now owns and operates a transatlantic consultancy, privately coaching high-achieving students from the East Coast and Europe for admission to U.S. boarding schools and universities.
Previously, Pooja served as Vice President and COO, Northern Europe, for the online classifieds division of Schibsted Media Group, Scandinavia’s largest media conglomerate. She was also a private banker at JPMorgan, where she advised ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices in New York, Geneva, and across the EMEA region.
At this point in her career, she is most drawn to technology at the intersection of education, business, and society. Her passion is empowering talented youth to realize their full potential and unlocking private-sector resources for this purpose.
A native New Yorker, she resides in Oslo, Norway, with her husband and their three young boys. Pooja received her B.A. with honors in French from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Henriette Dolven is a Senior Sales Manager at Microsoft Norway, where she works closely with the public sector and education to drive digital transformation and long-term societal impact. She has built her career at Microsoft through a variety of roles, gaining deep experience at the intersection of technology, leadership, and public value creation.
Henriette has an educational background within business and technology, which she combines with extensive hands-on experience from the tech industry. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with public institutions, universities, and partners, with a strong focus on how technology, learning, and skills development can enable sustainable change and better outcomes for society.
A strong advocate for education and inclusion, Henriette is deeply engaged in initiatives focused on skilling, reskilling, and reducing digital exclusion. She is particularly passionate about creating opportunities for more people—especially women and underrepresented groups—to gain future-ready competencies and access meaningful careers in technology. As a board member of Girls at Tech Nordics, she is committed to empowering the next generation with confidence, competence, and strong role models, and to helping build a more inclusive and diverse tech ecosystem.
